Our team brings more than seventeen years of professional planning, scheduling, and project controls experience on signature projects across the U.S. and the Middle East — with firms such as Bechtel, Skanska, and Suffolk in Los Angeles and BESIX in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
That work spans buildings, civil infrastructure, healthcare, aviation, education, and oil & gas: a $1.0B hospital in Abu Dhabi, LAX's landside modernization enabling works, a 37-story dual-branded hotel tower in downtown Los Angeles, and the One Beverly Hills master plan. The same lesson kept repeating — the projects that finished well were the ones where the schedule was owned by someone senior, present, and accountable.
